Digital Backpack Billboards - Event Schedule
For each event listed below, Brand Ambassadors (BAs) wearing Digital Backpack Billboards will be positioned in high-traffic areas such as entrances and popular gathering spots. They will actively promote the upcoming PBR event in Jacksonville and engage with attendees to drive interest and awareness. BAs will move throughout the event to maintain visibility and maximize interaction with the crowd.

Activation Notes
Digital Backpack Billboard/BAs & Portable Digital Billboards:
Our Digital Backpack Billboards, worn by our team of brand ambassadors provide a standout, mobile advertising solution designed to boost visibility at significant events.
Clients are expected to provide branded attire and swag for distribution. Our brand ambassadors work in groups, occupying 2-3 strategic locations unless a specific setup is requested, with a Turnaround time 2 weeks.
Media Impressions:
Digital Backpack Billboards/BAs: 10,000 impressions per day
Additional Notes:
Unless outlined, our programs operate without any mandatory permit requirements. If permitting is desired by the client, supplementary conditions and costs will be applicable to that specific segment. Expect a thorough Activation Report within 1-3 business days post the activation commencement. All rates are quoted NET. Please note, all pricing, costs, and assumptions are for initial planning and will only be finalized upon contractual agreement.
