To achieve this, they sought to deploy an impactful sidewalk decal campaign featuring bilingual messages (English and Spanish) to reach a diverse audience in the Tampa community. Additionally, they wanted to create a lasting impression by alternating between two different creative versions for each placement.
Activation 1: AdventHealth Career Expo at Amalie Arena Date: 10/26 & 10/27 Sidewalk Decals Quantity: 100 (36” x 36”) Creative: Two versions in Spanish and English
Activation 1 Details: For the Career Expo at Amalie Arena, AdventHealth required the installation of 100 sidewalk decals, each featuring two different creatives in both Spanish and English versions. To ensure maximum impact and variety, AdventHealth requested that the versions be alternated during placement.
Amalie Arena 10/19 Event – 30 Decals: The installation process commenced on the evening of 10/18, allowing ample time to finish before the morning of the event on 10/19.
Amalie Arena 10/25 – 10 Decals: For this activation, 10 decals were utilized to refresh the existing ones posted earlier.
Tampa Bay Convention Center 10/23 & 10/24 Event – 30 Decals: In preparation for the event starting at 10 am on 10/23, 30 decals were installed on 10/22 at the Tampa Bay Convention Center.
Raymond James Stadium 10/23 & 10/24 Events – 30 Decals: To coincide with the football game’s opening on 10/23, the 30 decals were installed on the morning of 10/23 at Raymond James Stadium.
Activation 2: AdventHealth Career Expo at Various Locations Date: 5/4 & 5/5 Sidewalk Decals Quantity: 100 (36” x 36”)
Activation 2 Details: For the second activation, AdventHealth targeted a Tampa Bay Bucks game and downtown events held at various arenas. This campaign aimed to announce their upcoming career fair at Raymond James Stadium.
