Ayden Activation Group’s programs are all-inclusive, featuring an on-site coordinator during activation, staff training, transportation and storage of digital boards, and detailed post-activation reporting.

Activation Notes
Digital Backpack Billboards/BAs:
Our Digital Backpack Billboards, operated by our team of Brand Ambassadors, offer a dynamic and mobile advertising solution that enhances visibility and engagement at major events. Clients are responsible for providing branded attire for the team, key talking points, and promotional items for distribution. Typically, our Brand Ambassadors work in groups, strategically positioned at 2-3 key locations to maximize impact, unless otherwise specified by the client. Turnaround time: 2 weeks.
Media Impressions:
Each Digital Backpack Billboard/BA generates 10,000 impressions per day.
Additional Information:
Activation reports will be provided within 1-3 business days following the launch date. Unless otherwise indicated, all programs will operate without the need for a permit; however, if the client requires permitting for any part of the program, additional conditions and costs will apply to the specific component. All rates are quoted NET. Please note that all pricing, costs, and assumptions are for planning purposes only and are not finalized until a contract is executed
