Activation Notes
Sidewalk Decals
Measuring 24” x 24” with vibrant full-color (4CP) printing, our sidewalk decals are strategically positioned using a guerrilla-style approach, requiring no prior permissions. The decals will be removed after a 2-week period. The rate includes production, placement, removal, a location list, and photos.
Digital Backpack Billboard/Street Team
Shifts are 4 hours long, scheduled between 8 AM and 9 PM. The client is responsible for providing branded attire and collateral for the team. The Street Team will work in groups at 2–3 locations unless otherwise specified. The turnaround time for deployment is 1 week.
Retail Posters
Sized at 11” x 17” with full-color single-sided printing, these posters are positioned at eye level inside selected venues. Costs include production, distribution, a location list, and photo documentation.
Wild Posting
Posters are sized at 24” x 36” and printed in full color (4CP) on one side. Pricing includes production, poster removal, a location list, photo documentation, and poster refreshes to maintain their appearance throughout the campaign.
Media Impressions
Retail & Street Posters: 250 impressions per venue daily
Digital Backpack Billboard/Street Team: 1,000 impressions per Brand Ambassador per day
Sidewalk Decals: 1,200 impressions per decal daily
Wild Posting: 14,000 impressions per location daily
Street Posters: 500 per poster and day
Flyer Drops: 2 per flyer and day
Additional Notes
Unless specified, our programs operate without mandatory permit requirements. If permitting is requested by the client, additional conditions and costs will apply to the relevant segment.
A comprehensive Activation Report will be provided within 1–3 business days after the activation launch.
All rates are quoted as NET.
Pricing, costs, and assumptions are preliminary for planning purposes and will be finalized upon a signed agreement.
