Objective
- Flyer Distribution at Grove Fest
- October 7th from 3-8 PM
- Need 2-6 people onsite at festival
- Distributing flyers for RuPaul’s Drag Race
- Flyer distribution to businesses
- Mid-to-late September timetable
- Drag Race flyers for gay bars and LGBTQ-friendly businesses
- Comedy flyer distribution to similar targets
- Wild posting campaign for comedy show
- Late September-Early October
- Placements in high foot-traffic areas

Activation Notes
Ayden Activation Group programs are All-Inclusive, covering the following:
On-call coordinator during the activation,Staff training,Management fee, Post activation reporting needs.
Street Posters:
Size: 11″x17″
Printing: Full color on one side
Placement: Guerrilla-style on street poles, utility boxes, & outdoor poster boards
Rate includes: Production, distribution, location list, and photos
Turnaround time: 1 week
Venue Posters:
Size: 11″x17″
Printing: Full color on one side
Placement: Taped at eye-level inside locations with permission
Rate includes: Production, distribution, location list, and photos
Turnaround time:1 week
Flyer Drops:
Size: 4″x 6″
Printing: Full color on both sides
Placement: Inside businesses with permission
Rate includes: Production, distribution, location list, and photos
Turnaround time: 1 week
Wild Postings are 24″x 36″ posters, one creative and printed 4CP on one side. Location scouting, removal, list of locations, and photos included in pricing. Locations are maintained (poster refresh) for the duration of the campaign. Turnaround time is 2 weeks.
Media Impressions:
Brand Ambassadors = 800 per BA per day
Posters Venues = 250 per venue and day
Street Posters = 500 per poster and day
Wildposting = 25,000 per location and day
Flyers Venues = 2 per flyer
Unless specified otherwise, all programs will run without the need for a permit. However, if the client requires permitting for any part of the program, additional conditions and costs will apply to that specific component. We will provide an Activation Report within 1-3 business days from the activation launch date. All rates are quoted NET. Please be aware that all pricing, costs, and assumptions are for planning purposes only and will not be final until a contract is executed.
