Execution Summary 

Our distribution campaign successfully covered the following Illinois markets: Mascoutah, Belleville, New Baden, Trenton, Freeburg, and Shiloh. Teams were assigned grouped address lists and strategic routes to ensure thorough residential coverage. 

A small number of addresses were skipped due to: 

“No Trespassing” signage 

Vacant or unoccupied homes 

Residents declining materials 

Limited cellular data in some rural areas, which prevented use of routing apps 

To maximize outreach, any remaining door hangers were reallocated to nearby residential homes within the same zones. 

Door Hanger Size: 4″ x 11″ 

Total Quantity Distributed: 4,043 units 

Logistics & Daily Expectations 

Start Times: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM 

Meet-Up Location: McDonald’s, 721 N Jefferson St, Mascoutah 

Shift Duration: 5 hours per distributor 

Requirements: Photo documentation required for reporting

Team Protocol: Hourly check-ins and end-of-shift check-out with team lead
