Client Notes:
We received your info from our friends over at Enterprise Center. We’re looking for a quote to activate mobile billboards for 1-2 days starting on 12/4. We have a tour coming down the pipeline and we wanted to create some buzz at the announce in St. Louis. Can you let me know avails / costs for 1-4 trucks, assuming 8 hour minimum, and if the trucks have to come in from neighboring cities (higher costs)? Hoping to get flat fees inclusive of labor/drivers and fuel.

Activation Notes
Sidewalk Decals: Measuring 24”x 24” and featuring full-color (4 CP) printing, our sidewalk decals are strategically placed using a guerrilla-style approach, requiring no prior permission. These decals will be removed after a 2-week period. The rate includes production, placement, removal, the location list, and photos.
Wild Posting: Sized at 24″x 36″, posters are printed in 4CP on one side. The pricing covers production, poster removal, location listing, photos, and poster refreshes to maintain their appearance throughout the entire campaign.
Projections: Operating for 5 hours post-sunset in a guerrilla-style approach, clients need to provide their creative video. We support a wide range of formats, though audio is not included in the package. Projections are displayed on flat surfaces, usually the sides of buildings, in high-traffic locations, projecting giant “billboards of light” and creating thousands of impressions throughout the evening.
Media Impressions:
- Sidewalk Decals: 1,000 impressions per decal and day
- Digital Billboard Truck: 40,000 impressions per day
- Wild Posting: 14,000 impressions per location daily
- Projection: 25,000 impressions per night
Additional Information: Our programs typically operate without mandatory permit requirements unless otherwise specified. If the client desires permitting, supplementary conditions and costs will be applicable to that specific segment. A comprehensive Activation Report can be expected within 1-3 business days following the activation commencement. All rates are quoted net. Please note that pricing, costs, and assumptions presented are for initial planning and will only be confirmed upon reaching a contractual agreement.
