Client Notes:
Can you let me know pricing for distribution of 100 posters and 5,000 flyers beginning Sept. 8, including printing? I have an upcoming comedy show that is interested. Target areas for distribution would be St. Charles country (O’Fallon, St. Peters and Dardene Prarie) and South Country (Arnold, Fenton). Ballwin, Granite City and Collinsville would also be target areas. A35-54 would be the target demo.

Activation Notes
Street Posters: Printed at 11″x17″ in full color on one side, these posters are placed guerrilla-style on street poles, utility boxes, and outdoor poster boards to capture attention in high-visibility public spaces. Rates include production, distribution, a detailed location list, and photographic documentation.
Retail Posters: Printed at 11″x17″ in full color on high-quality stock, these single-sided posters are positioned at eye level in high-traffic locations such as coffee shops, convenience stores, gyms, community boards, bowling alleys, clothing stores, restaurants, and other popular gathering spots for maximum exposure. Includes production, targeted distribution, a detailed location list, and photographic proof of placement.
Flyer Drops: Printed at 4″x6″ in full color on both sides, these flyers are placed inside businesses with permission to reach customers in high-traffic areas. A total of 5,000 flyers will be distributed across 125 locations, with approximately 40 flyers per location. The rate includes production, targeted distribution, a detailed location list, and photographic proof of placement. Typical turnaround time is 2–3 days.

Unless specified otherwise, our programs operate without mandatory permit requirements. If permitting is requested by the client, additional conditions and costs will apply to that portion of the campaign. A comprehensive Activation Report will be provided within 2-3 business days after the activation launch. All rates are quoted NET. Pricing, costs, and assumptions are for planning purposes only and will be confirmed upon execution of a signed agreement.
