Campaign Length
Four to five weeks
Campaign coverage will span Chicago and surrounding suburbs based on the selected number of participating locations, venue availability and final placement approvals.
Media quantities will be allocated according to venue traffic, operating schedules, accepted formats, available display space and anticipated coaster usage.
Higher-volume venues may receive larger coaster and event-flyer quantities. Restaurants, retailers and smaller taverns may receive a greater mix of posters, event flyers and tabletop standees.
All placements are subject to individual venue approval. Comparable replacement locations may be used when a prospect declines participation or becomes unavailable.

Inside-event activity requires organizer or venue authorization. Without inside access, teams may operate along suitable public-facing sidewalks, transit approaches, restaurant districts, nightlife areas and other public routes outside controlled event footprints.

- PBR may select any individual service, quantity, campaign length or combination of services.
- All pricing is NET.
- Production is included for wild posting posters, sidewalk decals, street and retail posters, branded coasters, and event flyers.
- Wild Posting, street posters and sidewalk decals are guerrilla-style media formats executed without advance property permission.
- Placements may be removed, covered, damaged, cleaned or affected by weather, construction, competing media, property activity or enforcement.
- Ayden Activation Group will monitor and refresh applicable media where practical within the approved scope.
- Exact guerrilla placement locations may change based on available surfaces and field conditions.
- Retail Poster and Bar Media placements are permission-based.
- Venue participation is subject to individual establishment approval.
- Comparable replacement locations may be used when a prospect declines participation or becomes unavailable.
- Inside-event or controlled-property activity requires organizer or venue authorization.
- PBR will provide approved artwork, logos, brand guidelines, branded shirts, ticket links, QR codes and required disclaimers.
